Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

Uninterrupted views  and a great location ensure you will love this beautiful apartment on the seafront.

A lovely spacious Regency three bedroom/two bathroom second floor flat (with lift), decorated and furnished to a very high standard throughout,  in Kemp Town, Brighton.  The apartment sleeps six people, but an extra two can be accommodated in a family room. Wi-Fi Broadband access.  Strictly non-smokers only. Parking on Pay and Display meters on the seafront.

Please be aware that as this is a quiet residential building, the apartment is only available to discerning family groups, who are requested to be mindful of the neighbours' sensibilities.

If you want a central location, balcony, seaviews, parking and spacious accommodation close to all amenities, this is the place for you.

A high standard three bedroom/two bathroom top floor (with lifts) penthouse balcony flat on Brighton seafront, to sleep 6/8 people, with free carparking for one car, but height restrictions (6ft maximum)  apply so not suitable for tall vehicles. The flat, which is on two floors, is above a seafront hotel and a very short walk to the city centre, the Lanes, the Churchill Square shopping mall, the Dome complex/Theatre Royal and the Conference Centre. Furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout and with the benefit of two balconies giving spectacular views of the city and the sea  Public carparking available nearby for extra vehicles. Wi-Fi access.

Great for a family holiday in Sovereign Harbour, this welcoming house will be a very comfortable place to stay and has off-road parking.

A modern nicely furnished and decorated high standard four bedroom townhouse (sleeping 4/8 people) with its own balcony and waterside patio, set in this attractive Marina approximately 2 miles outside Eastbourne. This is an ideal base for touring and visiting all the various and many attraction in the south east. The house is also on a cycle way with goes west to Eastbourne town centre and east all the way to Hastings. The Crumbles shopping centre is nearby as is the Sovereign leisure centre offering indoor swimming pools and a fitness room. Non smokers only. Off-street parking for one car plus roadside parking bays nearby.

This large Victorian three bedroom/two bathroom semi-detached house has many original features and high ceilings, with two reception rooms, is about two and a half miles from the seafront, in the quiet residential Preston Park area of Brighton. There are frequent bus services into the centre of the city and Preston Park railway station is a short walk away, as is the park with its lovely gardens and public tennis courts. The house will sleep up to 6 people comfortably, but with the use of sofabeds and adult sized day-beds a further 6 people can be accommodated. Parking is unrestricted on the street. NB: This house can be combined internally with the Harrington Garden Flat, adding a further double bed and double sofabed and access to the garden, as well as with The Loft for a further 2 or 4 people.

Close to the seafront, easy to walk to the centre of town... this is a great place for a group to enjoy Brighton!

Ideal for groups, close to seafront and city centre.  Great place to enjoy with your friends!

A lovely Regency period four-bedroomed house with small south-facing balcony, just off the seafront in Kemp Town, BRIGHTON.  Sea views from the front rooms.  It sleeps 8-12 people with the use of  fold-out beds and sofabed. Metered carparking available on the street, but this is very restricted. Close to bus routes so easy use of public transport. NON SMOKERS only but acceptable on the balcony. The city centre is within easy walking distance but you have local shops, pubs, restaurants and cafes just around the corner. Wi-Fi connection but no telephone.    MID-WEEK AND WEEKEND LETS AVAILABLE ALL YEAR:

Low season: Mid-week £555, Weekend £970.

Mid season: Mid-week £605 , Weekend £1110

High season: Mid-week £655, Weekend £1410
