Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

Excellent sea and pier views in an easterly direction from both bedrooms and sitting room. Brunswick Terrace is conveniently located a short walk along the seafront to the conference centre and Brighton's town centre, as well as the restaurants and shops on Western Road.  Parking is on Pay and Display meters on the seafront. Madeira, Funchal - Quinta Elena and 'Living Funchal'

For Quinta Elena the prices range from £650 to £745 per week for 4 people

Tucked away and with a lovely garden and balconies, this centrally located hideaway house is a marvellous place from which to explore the island.

The two bedroom apartment at 'Living Funchal' is a real delight with its balcony offering city and sea views, and a heated swimming pool. Secure under building car parking space included.

From £525 pw to £580 pw for up to four people.

Quinta Elena is a charming very centrally located villa with 3/4 bedrooms, garden and sunny terraces, set between Reids Palace Hotel and the Savoy Hotel. A very short walk to the waterfront with its many restaurants, shops and waterside pub. Approximately two miles from the centre of the normally sunny seaside resort of Eastbourne. Thatch Cottage, Shoreham-by-Sea, West Sussex

Lovely secluded garden with lawn, shurbs and flowers plus sitting out areas. Close to the river Adur, which offers excellent views and good walking on the disused railway line that runs beside the river. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of Shoreham with its bustling riverside scene of shops, pubs and restaurants. About 5 miles from the centre of Brighton & Hove. Pets allowed.

Byre Cottages 4, Sullington Manor Farm, Storrington, West Sussex

An attractive three bedroom holiday cottage (sleeping 6 people) with exposed beams converted fromVictorian stables. Located in the heart of the beautiful West Sussex countryside on a 500 acre working arable and beef farm, this is one of five cottages forming a courtyard around a shared lawn and immediately adjacent to one of the largest 17th century Tithe barns in Sussex. Overlooking this courtyard is the impressive stone built Grade 2 listed farmhouse and nearby is the lovely Saxon church for the parish of Sullington. A short, but uphill, walk takes you to the South Downs Way with spectacular views to the North over the Sussex Weald and South to the sea. The beautiful town of Arundel and the cathedral city of Chichester are both just a few miles away as is the West Sussex coastline with its many fine beaches. On the farm there is a swimming pool, open during the Summer, for guest's use, and just past the chickens and Duchess - the 'Tamworth' pig you will find a Club standard tennis court; - table tennis is also available. There is also a laundry room containing washing machines and tumble dryers (operated by 50p in the meter), iron and ironing board and a payphone. Regret no pets allowed. A cot and high chair can be supplied if required.

The flat sleeps 4/6 people and is located in a modern block facing the sea in the North Harbour, approximately 3 miles from the centre of the seaside resort town of Eastbourne. A truly rural "get-away from it all" place for your holiday, on the South Downs in Telscombe.

A charming two bedroom converted flint and oak beamed cottage in the centre of this lovely downland village.It will sleep 4/6 people and has a garden with barbeque for relaxed summer days. Telscombe Village is a hamlet at the end of a no-through road, approximately two miles from the main road and equidistant 4 miles between Lewes and Newhaven. The nearest pub is the upmarket Abergavenny Arms at Rodmell, about 2.5 miles away. There are spectacular walks nearby. Pets welcome at £20 per pet.

If you want a central location, balcony, seaviews, parking and spacious accommodation close to all amenities, this is the place for you.

A high standard three bedroom/two bathroom top floor (with lifts) penthouse balcony flat on Brighton seafront, to sleep 6/8 people, with free carparking for one car, but height restrictions (6ft maximum)  apply so not suitable for tall vehicles. The flat, which is on two floors, is above a seafront hotel and a very short walk to the city centre, the Lanes, the Churchill Square shopping mall, the Dome complex/Theatre Royal and the Conference Centre. Furnished and decorated to a high standard throughout and with the benefit of two balconies giving spectacular views of the city and the sea  Public carparking available nearby for extra vehicles.
