Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

You could not be more centrally located, by the Pier in Brighton, than in this apartment.

This one bedroom apartment, sleeping 2/4 people, is opposite the Pier, so everything is very close by for a seaside holiday. Bus services in all directions leave from the Old Steine nearby. The Lanes, the shopping centre and a multitudeof restaurants and bars are all within very easy walking distance.  Not suitable for children or pets.  Strictly non-smoking, thank you. Wi-Fi connection.

This is an exceptionally bright and high standard one bedroom loft conversion, giving you a fabulous vista across the city towards the sea. The apartment sleeps 2/4 people and is the loft of a Victorian house about 2.5 miles from the seafront and city centre. Close by is Preston Park and also the railway station of the same name for regular trains to London. This lovely loft can also be accessed internally from the main Villa Helene House if the booked in conjunction with it.

This is a lovely two bedroom balcony flat on the second floor of a purpose built block on ROTTINGDEAN seafront.  There is excellent swimming from the beach, and promenade beach walks towards Brighton and Saltdean.   The flat sleeps 3 people comfortably but with the use of a slide-under bed in the second bedroom a 4th person can be accommodated. The shops, restaurants and pubs are all very close by, as is the regular bus service in both an easterly (to Newhaven, Seaford and Eastbourne) and westerly (to Brighton & Hove) direction. The centre of Brighton is a 10 minute car ride away. The ferry port of Newhaven is about a 30 minute drive (ferries to Dieppe in France) . There is a dedicated car space.  Wi-Fi Broadband connection. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed.  In the high season only Friday to Friday bookings are possible.

In the heart of Brighton, tucked away just off the main road down to the seafront, a lovely little cottage with parking.

A charming nicely furnished and decorated, two bedroom terraced bow-fronted Regency cottage to sleep 4/5 people set in a quiet street with garden right in the centre of town between the Clock Tower/Churchill Square shopping mall area of Brighton and the main line railway station. The cottage has its own car space. Telephone set for incoming calls only but there is Wi-FI connection available.  Does not accept children under 10 years old. Non-smokers only. Well behaved dogs accepted at £50 per week.

A lovely two bedroom apartment on two floors, with small patio garden, within easy walking distance of everything in the centre of town. Buses will take you in all directions so you do not need to bring a car, but if you do there is an NCP at Churchill Square.

One of two adjoining well appointed two bedroomed villas, occupying an excellent position with a southerly aspect towards PISSOURI BAY. The villas are set on the hillside in a vine-growing valley known as AMPELOHORI ("village amidst vineyards"). This is a small and prestigious holiday village with a shared swimming pool and is therefore ideal for those who dislike large tourist resorts. Set well back from the beach road, Ampelohori commands beautiful views across vineyards, mountains and the sea. The beach nearby is part sandy/shingle with EU blue flag accreditation. Places to visit include Kourium (an ancient Roman city with amphitheatre - circa 1200 BC), Aphrodite's Rock (the fabled birthplace of the Goddess of Love), the Troodos mountains (an hour away where you can explore the Kykkos Monastery and museum), and Paphos (45 minutes away with historial archaeological sites and attactive fishing port). This is a high quality two bedroom/two bathroom balcony apartment on the fifth floor (with lift) in Sovereign Harbour South in Eastbourne marina, considered suitable for the most discerning clients.  The apartment, which sleeps 4/5 people, offers outstanding and stunning views of the outer harbour and of the sea as far as Pevensey, Bexhill and on to Hastings. There are also excellent views across the town itself towards the South Downs in a westerly direction. Within a short walk there is a selection of shops, restaurants and a pub in a waterside setting. The location of Sovereign Harbour is approximately 2/3 miles from the centre of the town of Eastbourne - a well known Victorian seaside resort with an enviable record of annual hours of sunshine.
