Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

This location is perfect for a holiday by the seaside as all amenities are nearby and the lawns and beach are across the road.

Comfortable accommodation for up to six people in 2 double (or twin) bedrooms , plus a sofabed, in this attractive first floor apartment in one of the iconic Hove Regency terraces, a stone's throw from the seafront (with its wide esplanade and lawns, with pebbled beach beyond) and close to the shops and restaurants on both Church Road and Western Road.  The centre of Brighton is a mere 15 minute's walk away. Wi-Fi access but no telephone.

This well appointed spacious three bedroom two bathroom bungalow in ROTTINGDEAN  sleeps up to six people in an attractive location on the edge of this ancient seaside village, with direct access onto the Downs. Lovely sunny and secluded garden. Approximately 1 Km from the village centre and 5 Kms from Brighton town centre. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Mobility friendly with wheelchair access.  Inspected by the Brighton & Hove Federation for the Disabled and regarded as suitable for most persons with limited mobility.   Pets welcome at £30 per pet per week, featured in Your Dog magazine. 20 minutes' walk to the seaside promenade and beach.   Wi-Fi available.  Sorry, no stag or hen parties, this house is reserved for family groups and business lets only. STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING HOUSE. Ideal location for those who dislike large tourist resorts but wish to explore the Sussex countryside. Trains from Brighton station take one hour to Victoria station in London.

A truly rural "get-away from it all" place for your holiday, on the South Downs in Telscombe.

A charming two bedroom converted flint and oak beamed cottage in the centre of this lovely downland village.It will sleep 4/6 people and has a garden with barbeque for relaxed summer days. Telscombe Village is a hamlet at the end of a no-through road, approximately two miles from the main road and equidistant 4 miles between Lewes and Newhaven. The nearest pub is the upmarket Abergavenny Arms at Rodmell, about 2.5 miles away. There are spectacular walks nearby. Pets welcome at £20 per pet.

A very nice three bedroom/two bathroom waterside house - sleeping 6/7 people - offering amazing harbour views with much boat activity viewable from the sitting room balcony, in Sovereign Harbour South, Eastbourne.   Pleasant pebble garden with table and chairs and a similar view. A very short walk to the waterfront with its many restaurants, shops and waterside pub. Approximately two miles from the centre of the normally sunny seaside resort of Eastbourne. Not far from Pevensey and Hastings. Own dedicated car space. Broadband/WIFI service available

Bright  and attractive apartment with west-facing balcony overlooking the inner waterways at Brighton Marina ,  ideal for a quiet holiday with lots to do just down the road.

A lovely bright two bedroom two bathroom first floor apartment with balcony and west facing inner waterway views in Brighton Marina, furnished in contemporary style. This is about one and a half miles from the centre of Brighton, easily accessible by bus or a half and hour walk away.  In the summer you can even take the Volks Railway between the marina and the Brighton Pier.  If you do not wish to go into the city, the marina has a life of its own with lovely boardwalk overlooking the yachting basin and many shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema, bowling alley and casino.  No smoking, thank you.  Reserved parking.

This charming little two bedroom mews house has been furnished and equipped to a high standard and  is on the end of the row, facing the courtyard.  It has a private decked patio providing outdoor space in which to enjoy the sunshine and the occasional BBQ.   The mews is tucked away off the main roads and so ensures a quiet place to stay, yet is very centrally located on the borders of BRIGHTON & HOVE, within very easy walking distance of the main shopping areas in the City and the Conference Centre,  as well as the beach. There are many restaurants and pubs nearby and two reserved carparking spaces for your use. Lovely secluded garden with lawn, shurbs and flowers plus sitting out areas. Close to the river Adur, which offers excellent views and good walking on the disused railway line that runs beside the river. Only a ten minute walk to the centre of Shoreham with its bustling riverside scene of shops, pubs and restaurants. About 5 miles from the centre of Brighton & Hove. Pets allowed.

The Crumbles shopping centre is nearby as is the Sovereign leisure centre offering indoor swimming pools and a fitness room.
