Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

The vibrant and bustling city of Brighton & Hove is a short bus or car ride away and the port of Newhaven (with fast ferry connections to Dieppe) is about a 20 minute drive away.  Rottingdean has many local shops, pubs and restaurants and is a very attractive village with a  quiet beach at the end of the High Street.  Parking can be found in unrestricted roads in the village, or there is a Pay and Display carpark near the seafront.  No pets, thank you.  Wi-Fi available.

Great location in Eastbourne, tucked away off the seafront yet close to everything you need for a great holiday.

This is a lower ground floor one bedroom flat in an extremely good position in the town (just behind the Grand Hotel), so just a short walk to the theatres, seafront and shops and restaurants. It has its own allocated carparking space. The flat will sleep 2/4 people.

Right in the centre of Brighton, a minute from the Clock Tower and Churchill Square... in your own maisonette!

A lovely two bedroom apartment on two floors, with small patio garden, within easy walking distance of everything in the centre of town. Buses will take you in all directions so you do not need to bring a car, but if you do there is an NCP at Churchill Square.

Well behaved dogs accepted at £50 per week.

The villas are set on the hillside in a vine-growing valley known as AMPELOHORI ("village amidst vineyards"). This is a small and prestigious holiday village with a shared swimming pool and is therefore ideal for those who dislike large tourist resorts. Set well back from the beach road, Ampelohori commands beautiful views across vineyards, mountains and the sea. The beach nearby is part sandy/shingle with EU blue flag accreditation.
