Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

A one bedroom attractive stone and timber farm cottage conversion (sleeping 2/4 people). Located in Shortgate, a few miles North East of the county town of Lewes and surrounded by fields and a small lake - stocked with carp - offering a most convenient base from which to tour the delights of East Sussex. The coast at Brighton and Eastbourne is about 10 miles away.  There is another similar cottage next door,making this good for taking family holidays together.

This is a lovely two bedroom balcony flat on the second floor of a purpose built block on ROTTINGDEAN seafront.  There is excellent swimming from the beach, and promenade beach walks towards Brighton and Saltdean.   The flat sleeps 3 people comfortably but with the use of a slide-under bed in the second bedroom a 4th person can be accommodated. The shops, restaurants and pubs are all very close by, as is the regular bus service in both an easterly (to Newhaven, Seaford and Eastbourne) and westerly (to Brighton & Hove) direction. The centre of Brighton is a 10 minute car ride away. The ferry port of Newhaven is about a 30 minute drive (ferries to Dieppe in France) . There is a dedicated car space.  Wi-Fi Broadband connection. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed.  In the high season only Friday to Friday bookings are possible.

At the far end of the marina, so it is quiet and overlooks the inner harbour, this flat has a patio and  reserved parking.

This two bedroom two bathroom ground floor flat with west facing patio overlooking the waterways, is at the end of the popular marina complex which offers many amenities, which makes for a quiet stay in Brighton Marina Village. Nearby you will find all the shopping and restaurants/pubs you could possibly need, as well as a multiplex cinema, bowling alley and casino, yet the centre of Brighton is just a mile away, accessible by regular bus services, although you can walk it in half an hour. Own reserved carparking space.  Internet access.
