Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

The vibrant and bustling city of Brighton & Hove is a short bus or car ride away and the port of Newhaven (with fast ferry connections to Dieppe) is about a 20 minute drive away.  Rottingdean has many local shops, pubs and restaurants and is a very attractive village with a  quiet beach at the end of the High Street.  Parking can be found in unrestricted roads in the village, or there is a Pay and Display carpark near the seafront.  No pets, thank you.  Wi-Fi available.

Nearby you will find all the shopping and restaurants/pubs you could possibly need, as well as a multiplex cinema, bowling alley and casino, yet the centre of Brighton is just a mile away, accessible by regular bus services, although you can walk it in half an hour. This is a lovely two bedroom balcony flat on the second floor of a purpose built block on ROTTINGDEAN seafront.  There is excellent swimming from the beach, and promenade beach walks towards Brighton and Saltdean.   The flat sleeps 3 people comfortably but with the use of a slide-under bed in the second bedroom a 4th person can be accommodated. The shops, restaurants and pubs are all very close by, as is the regular bus service in both an easterly (to Newhaven, Seaford and Eastbourne) and westerly (to Brighton & Hove) direction. The centre of Brighton is a 10 minute car ride away. The ferry port of Newhaven is about a 30 minute drive (ferries to Dieppe in France) . There is a dedicated car space.  Wi-Fi Broadband connection. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed.  In the high season only Friday to Friday bookings are possible.

Your own character cottage tucked behind the seafront, with secure parking in a locked garage, a few minutes from restaurants and shops.  This is a special place from which to enjoy your holiday.

A lovely one bedroom cottage behind the Brunswick Conservation area, with the beach a couple of minutes away.  Unusually, you will have space to park 2 cars in a locked garage under the accommodation.  You are within walking distance of all that Brighton & Hove has to offer and the position of the cottage means that it is quiet yet central. Wi-Fi connection.  No pets, thank you.  Non-smokers only.
