Below you will find our attractive selection of properties in seafront , town and city centre and countryside locations in Sussex. You can make online bookings for most of them. Others may require you to call us to discuss the booking, as we need to check with the owners for availability. Please click on the relevant detail below to see these.

When you do a Search you will be offered a choice of properties with their prices (plus a refundable damage deposit). You can then choose and book online. The number of people that the property can sleep might include use of a Z-bed or a sofabed at extra cost, so please take note of this when booking online as you may have to add extra people to the basic cost.

We are proud to say that we are a VisitEngland Quality Accredited Agency. We have our own Grading and Assessment Scheme, ranging from One Key/Standard up to Five Keys/De-Luxe.

The grading can be found in the summary of the full property description. The number of Keys reflects the facilities in the property. The quality grading refers to the standard of decorations/decor, furnishings and fittings and would be one of seven levels: Standard, Standard Plus, Commended, Commended Plus, Highly Commended, Very Highly Commended or De-Luxe. Please be sure to book a property with a grading which will match your expectations.

PLEASE NOTE that properties with a grading of STANDARD or STANDARD PLUS are not considered of sufficient quality to merit remaining on our main approved property list. These properties are listed and described on our Supplementary List on the home page.

An pretty one bedroom holiday cottage (sleeping 2 people) attractively converted from Victorian stables with exposed beams and flint wall. Located in  SULLINGTON,  in the heart of the beautiful West Sussex countryside on a 500 acre working arable and beef farm, this is one of five cottages forming a courtyard around a shared lawn and immediately adjacent to one of the largest 17th century Tithe barns in Sussex. Overlooking this courtyard is the impressive stone built Grade 2 listed farmhouse and nearby is the lovely Saxon church for the parish of Sullington. A short, but uphill, walk takes you to the South Downs Way with spectacular views to the North over the Sussex Weald and South to the sea. The beautiful town of Arundel and the cathedral city of Chichester are both just a few miles away as is the West Sussex coastline with its many fine beaches. On the farm there is a swimming pool, open during the Summer, for guest's use, and just past the chickens and Clarissa - the 'Tamworth' pig you will find a Club standard tennis court; - table tennis is also available.

This very attractively presented first floor flat is just off the seafront in Kemp Town, so you are within walking distance of all the centrally located attractions of Brighton, you really could not be better placed to enjoy your time in this vibrant city.

In this studio you could not be closer to feeling as if you are on a boat,  with compact accommodation and great marina views.

This is a most unusual studio apartment, to sleep 2 people, which rises and falls with the tide. It is on the western concourse in Brighton Marina and offers a lovely west facing terrace overlooking the yachts in the marina and from which you will enjoy wonderful sunset views. It is approximately 1.2miles from the centre of Brighton and about 7 miles from the ferry port of Newhaven. There are regular bus services from the Marina into Brighton to the west and also to various villages in the Sussex countryside. The Marina offers varied entertainment, restaurants, pubs and shops. Restricted carparking. ONLY AVAILABLE FOR FULL WEEK BOOKINGS. NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN.

Easily accessible on foot to the centre of Lewes, this is a great base from which to explore the area.

A one bedroom second floor flat in a 1990's building located in the centre of the LEWES, county town of East Sussex, not far from the railway station and very close to the interesting and ancient Cliffe High Street. Own dedicated car space. Nice downland views across buildings. The town of Lewes is about 7 miles from the vibrant city of Brighton and Hove, and it is also about the same distance to Newhaven, where there is a fast ferry service to Dieppe (excluding the winter months). The Glyndebourne Opera House is a short car ride away. Parking. Non-smokers only.

 4 KEYS - HIGHLY COMMENDED                     From £390 to £465 per week for 2 people

Tucked between the main shopping street and the seafront, in a quiet square, this is a great location from which to explore the city.

A delightful contemporary style one bedroom third floor flat (with lift)  with good roof top views towards the sea. The apartment has been tastefully furnished and decorated to provide a very attractive and welcoming holiday home. On the borders of BRIGHTON & HOVE, it is surrounded by shops and restaurants.  No allocated parking, but this is available on meters and at NCPs in the city centre. Not suitable for children under 12. No pets allowed. Non smokers only.

Wi-Fi available and free local and national telephone calls.  Unsuitable for children under 10 years old.  No pets thank you, and no smoking in the flat please.
